And It Begins

The idiots have started to come out of the woodwork for the Taste of Chicago. Read below:

Chicago police arrested an Indiana man Saturday after he allegedly tried to bring a fully loaded handgun into Taste of Chicago.
Acting on a tip, the police said they found the 9mm handgun on Shrome D. George, 25, of the 3400 block of South Chicago Court in Michigan City, as he tried to enter at one of the festival's security checkpoints about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, according to a release from the police department.
He has been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, police said, in addition to other related weapons charges and will appear in bond court today.

I'm sorry, but you don't bring a loaded handgun to a major festival "just because". This isn't third grade, and it's not show and tell.

Kudos to the Chicago Police Department for getting this guy!

End Transmission.
